An A Acustcppoem For Forgiveness

Elections June 13: unexpected results

"Elections of 13 June: unexpected results" or irony, or provocation.

First, in the first sense, I hoped not, of course, this result then. Neither A nor NV-PS have gathered my voice and I do not think it will happen one day.

More importantly, the result is unexpected because one would have expected better. Only uncontested victories of NV-A and SP can Release hope for a stalemate in that country.

Flanders voted overwhelmingly for the NV-A. Apart Groen!, All other parties regress. Remarkable result, we may discuss the reasons but the signal is clear. Given the clear speech Bart De Wever and historical identity of his party, the vote highlights the willingness of Flemish (people) to dispense more of the federal state. Francophones (journalists, politicians, observers, etc..) Can no longer assert, as they did in the past too easily, that the Flemish do not think like their leaders. The majority of the Flemish desire for greater autonomy is a fact that the results of last Sunday forced to consider.

is the first advantage of the tidal wave NV-A.

Second interest: De Wever, these strong preference votes and 786,000 of its 31% in the Senate, will have to get off the balcony and get wet. Take language with the French, considered as stakeholders, negotiate and sell. Until now, the position a maverick of his party forced the other out covered, not to take almost any risk, fear of being treated or weak, or be themselves maverick. Today, the Flemish nationalist leader will be exposed and thus exempt from the other bidder.

Third Under this election, the Flemish: De Wever has managed to attract him and his party the electorate of the extreme right Flemish and populism. Nationalist views of NV-A are not mine, but I prefer its agents to those of the Vlaams Belang and the LDD. Between De Wever and De Winter, between Bracke and Dedecker, there is a world of difference. Some are within the democratic framework, the other outside or on its fringe.

Francophone side, the elections of last Sunday have highlighted the only party that can both stand up to the NV-A, going through the process of negotiation and to embody an identity and a francophone project.

The French Community, Walloon Region, the PS in a significant and stability of its electorate and its public organization. It is here too and like it or not, take note.

I am among those who think that the PS should have been rejected in the opposition, after so many years in power. Regardless of the criticism that can, or rather we should focus on the PS system, it is not healthy for a party, whatever it is, took power.

Francophone Socialists have been in the recent past, similar the opposition, but unfortunately, the actors of this revolution can have sometimes failed to address, sometimes resolution.

In 2007, Didier Reynders manages to move the center of gravity election but is very lonely to isolate the PS. The price of arrogance. The man that is an understatement, not unifying. Louis Michel was probably a higher profile to be shown this alternative to PS, but he too failed.

In 2009, what are the other two formations francophones who have failed. Return the PS in the opposition in the Walloon Region was within their reach, but the tandem-humanist ecologist did not want it. At HRC, because the will did not exist at the top; in ECOLO because management was unable to join him in rank and not imagining that osmosis with "left-wing values" of the PS.

opportunities were beautiful and they were not seized.

Today, given the changing Flanders and reform to negotiate a clear leadership in the French Community is necessary, only the PS could qualify. The polls have knighted.

Di Rupo, negotiating with De Wever, will boost his popularity and his party's positions in the institutions it controls. The PS therefore wish to succeed. It is in a position to assume the primary responsibility of an agreement that is satisfactory to the Flemish. The RM of Reynders, even at 30%, would not have had this same latitude or control.

The tactic of "we are not seeking anything" was a decoy. We thought he could gain time has been lost, exacerbating the claims. The result of the June 13 mark peremptorily that the status quo is no longer tenable, both Community and socio-economic development. Flanders wants more autonomy. How in the name of a unitary Belgium, is it reasonable to believe that he can counter this trend?

Complete a satisfactory negotiation for Flemish required, except to accept a new runaway spiral of radicalism in Flanders.

Last Sunday, both teams have emerged, driven by two strong personalities. Expectations are important, their responsibilities also. It is their responsibility to take advantage of this favorable environment to establish the foundations of a new Belgium, with the authority they can exercise within their own community.

Only they are able, today, to complete the necessary business.

puis l'Copies Mandela les inspire.

Bart Sturtewagen (edito du standard du 15 juin): "Two men of exceptional strength succeeded in gaining power in their group. As the time was right and they ripe for the time. The initiative lies with them, but they should try to remain master. Time does not play to their advantage. Sometimes let gravity, which we usually fly prevents turn up. But that never lasts long . Sometimes a country racked by conflict and injustice as a right to Nelson Mandela. We have two Mandela's needed ".

How Much Formula Does Wic Give You Wa

Gunzig or ready-to-think

In recent weeks I have, so to speak, not practiced my creative activities, but the clouds continued to cross my horizon. This cloud is well-gray.

I'm allergic to Thomas Gunzig. His notes on the first morning ("espresso") I was saturated. The tolerance threshold is reached. "Fuckers" committed yesterday morning irritates me all over my body.

"fuckers" (read the blog the author) is a repetitive litany consists of hackneyed images. Gunzig not carrying out the clear line, he practices the big gulp. Poor RTBF.

But for m'insupporter Gunzig says so? The Belgian people are a kind and wise, who likes things simple and wants to live in peace. Policies are incapable, incompetent and create problems where "people" do not. So let's strike.

I am appalled by the prevailing discourse of which this ticket is just one illustration.

Beatrice Delvaux, editor of Le Soir and other champions of ready-to-believe right-thinking, said in its editorial the past weekend, the vast majority of opinion leaders Flemish surveyed are in favor of dialogue and coexistence between the two communities and that they, at least, would make good leaders, the policies would do well to emulate it. On the one hand, the good society, on the other, politics, bad. On one side, women and men leaders and good will of the other villains, troublemakers. The tour Flemish impressionist Guy Duplat in the Free to a week ago, poured into the same trap.

I really wonder what causes these observers, columnists and journalists, and to simplify the analysis. Is this for convenience? Is it for pleasure or for self-congratulation?

Can they not observe, describe and analyze the reality in its complexity? Try to understand what has brought BHV symbolic and real strong for many Flemish? Trying to convey the diversity and the multiplicity of claims and positions Flemish? Understand that for many, institutional and socio-economic status are related? For some, caring for the welfare "of the people" requires more skills for the regions? Examine the phenomenon of retrenchment and closure of the prosperous regions, whose populations seek to preserve materials acquired for their own benefit? Trying to understand why 800,000 Flemish Leterme voted in 2007 and why a significant proportion De Wever prepares to vote? Understand why the Walloons continue to vote Daerden and Di Rupo? More fundamentally, question, point of view of philosophy and political sociology, the system of democratic representation, its relevance and its flaws, this system which generates precisely those who govern us ...

No, people are not naturally good, society is no pure essence, media neutral. The first elect our leaders and seek daily. Civil society to steer through the action of its sectoral lobbies. The media shape them. The situation in which our country finds itself today is the result of subtle interactions between these different poles, in the context of a changing society. The responsibility is shared.

Personally, I appreciate the writers who surprise me with their innovative lighting, by the unexpected relationships, by their cold eyes and their ability to swim against the tide. They exist, for example at 7:20 am on the First or columns of De Standaard. Common places, be they provocateurs (a provocation agreed) does not interest me, they make me tired.

Thomas Gunzig you finish your ticket by calling a strike. I beg you!
